Gender Inclusive Bathrooms

For trans* and gender nonconforming people, using public restrooms can be a source of stress and anxiety because of the very real possibilities of psychological and physical safety concerns. As part of our efforts to provide a safer and more inclusive campus, the GSC is providing this set of recommendations related to inclusive campus restrooms. Whether you are a student, faculty member, staff member, or an entire UIC Unit, we have best practice resources to help you insure the safety and inclusion of trans* and gender nonconforming people.
